In Rhino for Windows you can disable the plugin by:

1. Start the Rhino application with the Safemode shortcut
2. Type the Options command
3. Go to the Plugins page
4. Select the filter Plugins that do not thip with Rhino
5. Uncheck the enable on the plugins your suspect or all.
6. Close and restart Rhino normally to test.
7. Report your crashing to the offending plugin developer.
