在啟動、安裝或移除 Rhino 時出現錯誤提示：

Windows 安裝程式緩存無法找到移除所需的檔案或註冊表項。這是 Windows Installer 服務的常見問題。最佳解決方案是使用 Windows Install Clean Up 徹底清除舊安裝。清理完成後即可重新安裝 Rhino。

請按以下步驟手動移除 Rhino 及其 Windows Installer 註冊資訊： （需擁有電腦的 管理員許可權）

1. 關閉 Rhino 應用程式
2. 打開 Windows 搜索
3. 輸入 應用程式（或 新增或移除程式）
4. 在列表中找到 Rhinoceros x.0，點擊 解除安裝

1. 請至路徑 C:\Program Files
2. 刪除資料夾 Rhinoceros x 或 Rhinoceros x Evaluation

1. 請至路徑 %AppData%\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros
2. 刪除 x.0 資料夾（x 代表 Rhino 版本號）
3. 請至路徑 %ProgramData%\McNeel\Rhinoceros
4. 刪除 x.0 資料夾（x 代表 Rhino 版本號）

1. 在 Windows 搜索中輸入 登錄編輯程式
2. 打開 登錄編輯程式
3. 定位至 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\McNeel\Rhinoceros
4. 刪除 x.0 項（例如 Rhino 4.0, 5.0 或需卸載的版本）
5. 定位至 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\McNeel\Rhinoceros
6. 刪除 x.0 項（例如 Rhino 4.0, 5.0 或需卸載的版本）

1. 安裝所有 Windows 更新
2. 如需重裝，請在此下載最新安裝器

1. 訪問 http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall
2. 點擊 立即運行.

警告： 此操作可能導致註冊表損壞，後續安裝時觸發 1402 錯誤。僅當上述方案無效時執行

1. 下載 Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
2. 解壓至桌面“Windows Installer Clean Up”資料夾
3. 運行 msicuu.exe.
4. 找到列表中的 (All Users) Rhinoceros 5.0 WIP（64位元系統顯示為 All Users Rhino 5.0 WIP x64）
5. 點擊 Remove
